CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICYIf you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Clients who fail to attend their appointment, or who attempt to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, will be charged a $100 no-show/late cancellation or reschedule fee. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you have a 12-hour window from the time of cancellation to reschedule. After this window, the deposit will be forfeited.
